Researcher, Consultant, and Project Manager – Opportunities for all
Researcher, Consultant, and Project Manager – Opportunities for all
Welcome to my digital space. I am Majdoulene, a researcher, and project manager based in Jerusalem, with a passion for turning complex challenges into meaningful opportunities. My work spans the Middle East, where I support governments, international organizations, and NGOs in crafting resilient public finance systems and integrating sustainable development practices.
From Education and Health sector financing reforms and early childhood development and education in Oman to social protection frameworks in Jordan, and Life Cycle Analysis in sustainable practices in Palestine, I’ve collaborated with partners like UNICEF, and government ministries to drive impactful reforms. My academic background, with an MPhil from Cambridge and a BEng from Loughborough, grounds my approach in data-driven analysis and strategic thinking.
But beyond the numbers and reports, this space is about connecting ideas, challenging conventions, and building a better world from within. Here, you’ll find my reflections on development and the journeys that shape us.
